starters

syakh hamza once said little children are like real nafs. how they instantly react over things, and how they hardly put masks on.

like when one child wants a lolly. he goes on and on " i want a lolly." " i want a lolly." and repeats this to his parents until they actually give him one. - thats, real nafs.

and then we grow older, we somehow learn the art of control, or even worst, we wall up. not knowing which to really block and which to nurture is the hardest part.

he also said, we should live our lives like people of the present. and gave examples like how we should always be enthusiasts in our daily lives. be it work, or be it being in school. how enthusiastic one is when they first start work/school. constantly - be that.

to always keep that enthusiasm going.

he said almost everyone are at their best when they first start something. and we should always strive to be that best version - like a starter. a starter lives in his present.

for as much as i think i've been wounded from life experience - i hope to always not forget to look at starters to remind me of mine.

to always be inspired and give the best that i can.
