like, hello?

salaamualaykum everyone !

alhamdulillah we're all still alive. haha. i am getting really bad at updating this space. but do say hi in the comments section if you still are reading. thank you in advance for doing so. i've just gotten reaaally busy this with the whole motherhood thing. its 9.22pm and as im typing this - im fighting over the keyboard with Hamza cos really, aint no baby got time for sleep ! hes horrible at sleeping early these days. naps so short too, but im not fussed about it yet - its hard when he sleeps too early as well cos he'll wake up at 4am which is Suhr time for Azhar and i, and thats a pain cos i'd like to prepare meals for us both without a crying or clingy baby all over my feet. so he'll sleep soon in shaa Allah, Azhar's got him now. phewh !

ooh ive really lost this whole blogging thing. should i do paragraphs like short paragraphs or just type away a whole longgg passage and let you squint your eyes as you read through them bahahaha. bare with me , ive missed this so much. so lets see what we can update you with. ill look up for some photos.

my precious Hamza is now 9months plus, hes crawling so quickly - at times too quickly even for me to catch up. its exciting and worrying cos he likes crawling into corners of our house, and he really keeps me on my toes. hes starting to pull himself up too. chairs, tables, whatever he can grab on hold to. most of the times he sees me sitting on the floor, he crawls over me and tries to stand by grabbing onto my shoulders to pull himself up. has time really gone by that quickly ? :( next up he'll be going to school, going to uni, getting married, awwwwhhh really baby boy ? :(

 we've been doing tonnes and tonnes of hiking which has been working so well for him and the carrier we bought. it was a bit of an investment, but being members we got the price slashed in half, which was good bahahaha. we made sure we used it so many times to make it worth it. anyway - Hamza enjoys being carried around during our hikes, sleeps in it so many times. so yeay to that !

i think almost 3 months back we were in Malaysia (again) , because Azhar had a short training that he had to attend, so he brought us both with him, which was good cos i didn't really want Hamza to forget his grandparents or his uncles and aunties. i mean - yea he doesnt remember them of course, but well, we do what we can. but as you can see, he had such a fun time.

his first taste of ikea meatballs and mashed potatoes. lol. look at that wide smile.

Azhar managed to squeeze in a short family vacay in Kemaman. i forgot why we chose to come here, but it was nice having the private pool. Hamza enjoyed his swimming session with his Abah. 

and of course, getting spoilt by to'aje and jadda.he had a ball !

and not to forget, lovely nyang mak who accompanied me at the hotel while Azhar had training.

ooohhh and i also squeezed time for my favooorite girlfriend in the whole wide worlldd !

we also celebrated our 2nd year anniversary in Malaysia. felt so different because this time we had Hamza and we needed to have an early dinner and didn't want him to be sleeping too late.

we had chinese and it was one of the best meals every with my boys.

Hamza wouldnt keep still for a family photo, so this will do :)

we then planned to do some shopping or have desserts but Hamza fell asleep.....so we got baskin n robbins for takeaway and had ice cream in the car...haha !

but i guess, better eat all the ice cream now until Hamza learns what it is, and when we start restricting him with his sugar intake, it starts on us too :( lol

enough for now, ill update again from time to time , in shaa ALLAH.
